We have the Lincoln eye brow

Well Zoe was a rock star at the American Consulate today. She held up her hand (with a little help from her daddy) and now when she gets off the plane in San Francisco she will be an American!

Now to the subject of my post. For those of you who don't know my maiden name is Lincoln. A lot of us Lincoln Kids have the ability to raise one eye brow at a time. We are 100% certain Zoe was meant to be a Lincoln now. I was talking to her tonight and she cocked her left eye brow up in the air at me. Yep that's my daughter!

Tomorrow we head for Hong Kong and it's the first leg of our journey home. We take the train to Hong Kong tomorrow afternoon and spend the night there, and then on Saturday morning here, we head first to San Francisco, then to O'Hare, then to Richmond.

As much as I am ready to go home I am equally dreading this trip. It will be a long haul but home is on the other side… literally.
